Sheriff Charges Two Naperville Men for Selling MDMA

Sheriff John Zaruba announced the arrest of two Naperville men for selling MDMA and Cocaine. 

The DuPage County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Narcotics Team (TNT) began an investigation into Marco A. Aguilar-Herrera (DOB 2/20/1995) of 800 block of Benedetti Drive in Naperville based on information received in May of this year. Undercover detectives conducted a series of drug purchases and arrested Aguilar on August 7th after he delivered approximately 20 grams of MDMA to an undercover officer. Aguilar was charged with a class X felony and is currently housed in the DuPage County Jail on $100,000 bond. He is expected back in court on September 8th.  

 In a separate but related investigation, Carlos Sebastian Romero (DOB 12/21/1994) of the 25w000 Keswick Drive in Naperville was arrested on August 27th by DuPage County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Officers on a 2 count felony warrant for possession and delivery of both MDMA and cocaine. Romero sold both MDMA and cocaine to an undercover TNT detective on multiple occasions. Romero was charged with a class 1 felony for manufacture/delivery of MDMA and a class 2 felony for manufacture/delivery of cocaine. Romero’s bond is $75,000 and he is also expected back in court on September 8th
