Sheriff Arrests Glendale Heights Man on 3 Class X Felonies

 

Sheriff John Zaruba announced the arrest of a Glendale Heights man for Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault, Home Invasion and Armed Robbery.

 

Henry Morales (dob/03/13/88) of the 50 block of Armitage Ave., Glendale Heights has been charged with Aggravated Criminal Sexual Assault, Home Invasion and Armed Robbery which are all class X felonies.

 

The Sheriff’s Office received a report of a home invasion that occurred in the area of Route 59 & North Ave. in the Oak Meadows Subdivision in unincorporated West Chicago at approximately 4:30 am on Tuesday morning. It is alleged that Morales, entered the residence through the garage. Sheriff’s Detectives responded to investigate the incident and he was taken into custody at approximately 5:00 am on Tuesday. This was an isolated incident and there is no threat to the community.

 

Morales is being held in the DuPage County Jail and will be in bond court this morning at 8:00am.
